– Health and fitness professionals address various health and fitness issues, exposing attendees to healthier lifestyles through both discussion and active exercises.
 Mind-Body YOUniveristy
– Focuses on body systems and mind connections: learn both the physiology and the mental health aspects of one’s body systems
