Trinity Center has been awarded a grant from the Lowe Foundation for 2011 and 2012. Trinity Center will receive $10,000 this year and $10,000 in 2012.

The Lowe Foundation’s grant is an appropriate fit for the work of Trinity Center. The foundation focuses on awards to programs that support women and children’s health and educational needs. Trinity Center recently expanded its “Women to Women” program to cover a second day of breakfast, clothing resources, a support group, case management, computer access, a cup of coffee, and a friendly smile for women experiencing homelessness and poverty in downtown Austin.

The Lowe Foundation was founded in 1988 and since then has helped over 400 organizations. Click here to learn more about the foundation and its work.

Trinity Center is pleased to be the recipient of the Lowe Foundation grant. But our financial needs are ongoing, and we rely on a broad base of financial support. Please consider making your own donation to Trinity Center to help us continue serving those in need in Austin. Click here to learn more and to make a contribution. Thank you for supporting Trinity Center.
