Emergency financial Aid to Customers in Need

  • The Plus 1 fund helps by providing emergency financial aid to customers who are having a temporary problem paying their utility bills. Visit online for list and phone numbers of agencies.

Customers on low or fixed incomes who participate in certain assistance programs can benefit from the City of Austin’s CAP Discounts program. CAP Discounts can help reduce utility bills an average of $650 a year.
