 Provide low-cost, accessible, and effective psychotherapy
 Fees range from $15 to $60 per session and are based on income and household size. All intake sessions (your first session) are $20
 No restrictions on session limits
 Counseling in English or Spanish for individuals, couples, families, children, and groups in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, substance use, emotional trauma, and sexual abuse.

– Health and fitness professionals address various health and fitness issues, exposing attendees to healthier lifestyles through both discussion and active exercises.

– Focuses on body systems and mind connections: learn both the physiology and the mental health aspects of one’s body systems
